Project Overview: As a freelance marketer, I was tasked with revitalizing the membership activity center at the Stratosphere Hotel to better showcase the casino's vibrant events, including music performances, discounted show tickets, thrilling rides, on-site attractions, and exclusive Grand Canyon tours. The challenge was to increase member participation and engagement by making the center more interactive and informative. My approach involved a redesign of the center's round desk dedicated area where members could experience previews of rides and tours, all while ensuring the content was updated regularly to reflect the latest offerings.

Outcome and Impact: Post-implementation, the membership activity center at the Stratosphere Hotel saw a marked increase in feedback and engagement from members indicating a higher satisfaction due to the ease of accessing event information and booking experiences. The digital artwork redesigns were praised for their effectiveness in showcasing upcoming music events and shows, leading to a rise in ticket sales for these events. The clean easy to find redesign not only attracted more attention but also increased participation in physical activities at the hotel. This case study demonstrates my capability to transform a static space into a hub of activity, leveraging technology and interactive elements to align with the hotel's dynamic entertainment options, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience and boosting member loyalty.
